What did you love best about Licking Lollipops?
I enjoyed that there was a real plot and that the narrator was not flimsy; she had substance and very real reactions to things.
What other book might you compare Licking Lollipops to and why?
I honestly do not have an answer-- I am familiar with 50 Shades but I would not compare them at all, as the characters in this book have depth.
Which character – as performed by Marami Hung and Leon Dollet – was your favorite?
The narrator was great, Mirami really captured the range of reactions and emotions in her voice.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I did not have an extreme reaction, but the twist at the end was unexpected and did leave me on the edge of my seat.
Any additional comments?
I would recommend this book for anybody who is interested in naughtier books, and who has an appreciation of plot and characters with layers.
