I loved this story when I read it, but hearing it told by this wonderful narrator just makes it better. Kamran and Lee could not be more worlds apart, but dangerous circumstances throw them together and they must learn to work together to keep Kamran safe. Add in a difficult family, nosy, yet loving friends, the crazy town of Pine Cove, and this story takes you for a wild ride.

Hands down my favorite of this series

I love the Trials of Fear series and this story was one of my favorites. Having a child who was bullied it hit home for me. Watching Rory suffer for years and develop a huge phobia was so hard to read. The way Adrian drew him out of his shell and want to start trying was beautiful. Bonus is that we get to meet the awesome Krew in this story. Nicky James books have always touched my heart so deeply and this is one of the best. Being able to listen to the words brought the characters to life in such a deep way. Great narration!

Love this series!

I read this book when it first came out and listening to it narrated by the wonderful Michael Dean brought back all the good feels. Cam and Noah's story is a lovely romance about a former hockey player turned beekeeper who finds love back home. if you are looking for lighthearted romance with low angst and lots of feel good moments this book is for you. The narration was paced perfectly and really gave you a good feel for the characters.

The story of Vincent and Mal is so heartwarming. The Single Dads series keeps me smiling and laughing. Who knew placentas could generate such laughter. Piper Scott is a comic genius in her writing. Michael Ferraiuolo's voice is smooth enough to keep this listener engaged.

Gage and Aaron's story is one that will break your heart again and again, but then repair it in time for a happy ending. Listening to this story made me feel so much closer to the characters and I often was crying while driving. The narrator does a wonderful job of bringing them all to life.

Lovely single dad love story

The Single Dad Support Group series is one of my favorites and Alex and Laurence are one of my favorite couples. Sassy Alex finds bookish Laurence and they quickly realize they need each other. Unplanned pregnancies, teen dads, and horrible ex's litter the book as these two grow in their relationship. The narrator has a pleasant voice and his storytelling kept me engaged.
