Historia
Atticus O’Sullivan, last of the Druids, lives peacefully in Arizona, running an occult bookshop and shape-shifting in his spare time to hunt with his Irish wolfhound. His neighbors and customers think that this handsome, tattooed Irish dude is about twenty-one years old - when in actuality, he’s twenty-one centuries old. Not to mention: He draws his power from the earth, possesses a sharp wit, and wields an even sharper magical sword known as Fragarach, the Answerer. Unfortunately, a very angry Celtic god wants that sword, and he’s hounded Atticus for centuries....

not my cup of tea but kept me going
Revisado: 03-05-12
Would you listen to Hounded again? Why?
I am more of a romance and details kind of person... but I do enjoy a good mystery, while this book kept me going and entertained it really wasn't my style. I did enjoy the story but if your like me and like the romance with the mystery this isn't it.
Who was your favorite character and why?
I enjoyed a couple characters and the author did a great job at explaining each I cannot give away more cause my favorite is the bar tender cause of her twist. :)

Historia
Lacey Terwilliger's shock and humiliation over her husband's philandering prompt her to add some bonus material to Mike's company newsletter: stunning Technicolor descriptions of the special brand of "administrative support" his receptionist gives him. The detailed mass e-mail to Mike's family, friends, and clients blows up in her face, and before one can say "instant urban legend", Lacey has become the pariah of her small Kentucky town and a media punch line....

What made the experience of listening to And One Last Thing... the most enjoyable?
I am a big fan of Molly Harper but this was a little different for me. Not as funny as her other books but kept my attention.

Love me some Carly Phillips
Revisado: 08-01-11
sappy romance... Carly Phillips is your girl! Any time I'm in the mood for a predictable love story I reach for Carly Phillips! The books is like a said a sappy romance... predictible in most every way and lovely to read on a day when all you want is to lose yourself in a book. I love the fast pace she writes in and how there is never a dual moment till the book is done.

Good book... not great but good
Revisado: 08-01-11
I downloaded the whole series in order and have to say the reviews made me think the book was going to be horrible. I thought the narrator did a good job and the books themselves, while I hated the way each ended so abruptly, the books where actually well written and kept a good pace. I wish she wouldn’t end like shes beginning the next book but the writing actually had feeling and gave the characters life. The lead is not a dominate personality but she’s learning and the love story is there, you can see what the author was getting to in each point and I liked the build of success… more of an adult twilight version.

Historia
Generations of werewolves have been secretly residing in a secluded valley a stones throw from Grundy, Alaska. So when a snooping Outsider comes to Grundy to investigate rumors of lycanthropic shenanigans in the area, the valleys pack alpha, Maggie Graham, resolves to chase him away, even if doing so takes a quick bite on the butt. What a pity that researcher Nick Thatcher turns out to be so drool-worthy, and that his kisses make Maggie want to sit up and beg.

If your a fan of Janet Evonvich you will just love this series. I got the first book not expecting much but the author surprised me and had me excited for this book... this book had me laughing out loud and generally enjoying. Even the narrartor did a good job with bringing the book to life. :)

Another twilight saga… not even adult style
Revisado: 06-10-11
I will say up front I enjoyed the book, great read and a great narrator. The narrator completely had me hooked and had beautiful accents; she made a long book enjoyable to listen too. I liked the twilight saga, true blood, and a couple other series that this reminded me of but I expected a little more adult areas than what the twilight saga gave. I expected a more adult read. My expectations where not met. While I give the author credit for a good read I didn’t want a tweeny style book. If I am going to read about witches, vampires and demons can we get something to give the adults some fun? Not much mystery but what is there is at least entertaining. The author added some curve balls and they made the story fun but I am hoping her second book brings her out of her shell more and gives the adult audience more to read and the mystery more intense.

Hot book... Horrible Narrator.
Revisado: 06-10-11
I started the series with this book, and while that’s probably not the best way to start a series it was definitely a great book. The book was hot in all the right areas and a great story. The author writes a great book and has me hooked, now if only the narrator didn’t ruin the feel of the book. An hour in I wanted to just go rent the book so I didn’t have to listen to her horrible reading. She missed all the key areas and the accents she used made me cringe and completely ruined the images produced by great wording. I will never listen to a book narrated by this woman again.
