Historia
This book presents the research and evidence behind emotional freedom technique in an easy-to-understand manner and also offers client stories of their experiences. Emotional freedom technique (EFT or tapping) is a growing field in the self-help area, but only in the last decade has it become the focus of clinical and scientific trials to test its effectiveness. This book offers the missing piece of this self-applied stress management tool: how and why it works.

Well worth it.

This book is very good. There is loads of detail about studies and clinical trials conducted but as someone who just wanted to learn more about tapping I found it very helpful.

Historia
First published in monthly parts from March 1852 to September 1853, this novel follows the fortunes of three pedestrian characters; Esther Summerson, Ada Clare, and Richard Carstone. The story they tell embondies Dickens' merciless indictment of the Court of Chancery and its bungling, morally corrupt handling of the endless case of Jarndyce v. Jarndyce, giving the novel its scope and meaning.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I highly recommend this audiobook, having tried and failed to read the novel as it is so long. The audio version so much easier to really enjoy.
What did you like best about this story?
The story is really interesting and very involving, it's hard to guess where the twists are going. I loved the minor characters, they are so much fun.
What does Simon Vance bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
The narrator brought the characters to life brilliantly. I loved his accents, it really made me feel like I was there and listening..
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
This book is so long, but I found it hard to put down. I did extra time at the gym so I could listen longer.

Historia
Sam Harris has discovered that most people, from secular scientists to religious fundamentalists, agree on one point: science has nothing to say on the subject of human values. Indeed, science’s failure to address questions of meaning and morality has become the primary justification for religious faith. The underlying claim is that while science is the best authority on the workings of the physical universe, religion is the best authority on meaning, values, morality, and leading a good life.

Enlightening and informative.

Would you listen to The Moral Landscape again? Why?
I've already listened to this book twice and think it will get another couple of run throughs. There is a whole new level of clarity to this books subject matter, it has given my general assumptions I make about life a good shake up. I feel like I know myself and the world better for listening to this book.
Any additional comments?
I'm not usually too keen on the books that the author narrates themselves but Sam Harris does a good job. It possibly would have been improved upon by a professional narrator but it does not detract from the book.
