Hate the sound effects Seriously the

I enjoy listening to books for the convenience But I am seriously SICK TO DEATH of these sound effects. Don’t need them and will never ever buy another book with them Audible is alternate to reading NOT LISTENING to a tv show I’ll NEVER use a credit on one of these again and I have to believe Armitage can’t get acting gigs anymore since this is his new media choice Ugh! Ugh! Ugh! Ugh!

Anyone else sick of the Vic character?

The cussing, the repeated phrases from book to book about really about each character gets so old It’s almost as if author starts every book with exact word for word description of same characters then inserts a new story line but the Vic character is worst I enjoy the books in which she’s a minor character Totally sick of her No point to her character in most books

Quite using same phases over and over and over and over

It’s getting to were anyone can write these books… just use same phases about deputy’s eyes, Henry’s description Why? I just finished another book and just what’s It’s 12 years later abd the same exact phrases about her eyes, the BusyBee exact same phrases Let me write one I can come up with 12 new phases incorporate your sane ones from Book One and there we go another Walt Longmire book Maybe a computer writes these

Again where’s is the editor?!?

What is going on with these books? It is just books on Audible where nothing it edited? Story goes on and on and on and on before a storyline develops. Nicola is fantastic but why is there so much detail needed to tell the story Initially I thought Yes a good series I could follow because honestly anything gets published these days. I literally started and restarted 6 times, going over the same chapters trying to grasp what this book was about. In the end I’ll buy anything the narrator publishes but that is the only reason to buy this book!

Takes a lot of patience to get thru it but beautiful writing but extremely hard to follow

Destined to be a classic but the editor should be fired. This should be a classic but … I’ve been treading everyday for 65 years and it’s the hardest read to follow in all that time Writer is one of the most talented since Faulkner BUT the editor destroyed the story absolutely destroyed this beautiful haunting honest story I’ve started this book over and over again The way it’s edited is going to make 65% of readers put it down Redited it and it’s a read that will be required literature

I loved everything about it and sent my mom a copy This story is long and detailed but it never fails to hold your interest and given the state of child welfare in this country it resonates on many levels. Read it, devour it and and I’m going to reread it The narrator is perfect Read it! I’m buying several copies Every library should have it

If you love a good legal storyline you will love this I’ve read and reread this book 3x before writing lots. This author is only getting better and if he put out a book a month I’d buy it !!
