The first two limbs of the eight-fold path of yoga sutras - the basic text for classical yoga - are examined in this spiritual guide to the practice of yoga. Foundational to all yogic thought, they are considered to be the guidelines to the yoga way of living that free individuals to take ownership of their lives, direct them toward the fulfillment they seek, and gain the skills to choose attitude, thought, and action.

Historia
You were created to be filled with joy, peace, confidence, and creativity. But it's easy to go through life holding on to things that weigh you down - guilt, resentment, doubt, worry. When you give space to these negative emotions, they take up space that you need for the good things that move you toward your destiny. How much room are you giving to shame, to regret, to being against yourself? Whatever it is, it's too much. Life is too short for you to live bitter and discouraged, letting your circumstances hold you back.

In Girl, Stop Apologizing, number-one New York Times best-selling author and founder of a multimillion-dollar media company, Rachel Hollis sounds a wake-up call. She knows that many women have been taught to define themselves in light of other people - whether as wife, mother, daughter, or employee....

I had no idea any of this was transpiring right here in the USA. I finished this book in 3 days. I couldn't stop listening. If this lady put half of that energy to good she would make the world a better place. For now she just seems like a psycho. This book was Dynamite. I thoroughly enjoyed it. She and Trump share a lot of the same qualities and not in a good way.

Historia
Half-Korean, half-Japanese, Masaji Ishikawa has spent his whole life feeling like a man without a country. This feeling only deepened when his family moved from Japan to North Korea when Ishikawa was just thirteen years old, and unwittingly became members of the lowest social caste. His father, himself a Korean national, was lured to the new Communist country by promises of abundant work, education for his children, and a higher station in society. But the reality of their new life was far from utopian.

his life story is so humbling. I can't even begin to imagine all the things he speaks of. he has a lot of inner will to live despite all of the unfortunate circumstances he and his family suffer. I was unaware this type of treatment and suffering even existed. how can humans allow this to happen to each other? my heart is broken just listening to this book.
