Any book that spends this much time reliving a high school romance should be marked as YA lit.
The jacket description led me to believe that this might be a moving story about learning to love again after losing your husband . There was nothing moving about it. The main character was annoying . The voice actor’s attempt to mimic a male voice equally annoying. The book was written from the POV of a woman. Stay in that voice . Second time in a few months I’ve heard this on audible may have even been same actor.
