This “Anxiety in Relationships” guide has been invaluable in helping my significant other deal with his anxiety throughout our relationship. “Always Listen” and “What Not To Do” really helped me and I highly recommend listening to those chapters specifically. Honestly, I wish I had this audiobook sooner - 5/5 for this great guide.

Relationships are between two people. Therefore, you cannot neglect your other half’s wants and desires, especially if they do not reflect your own. That is where compromises are important, something a lot of us forget about. That is where this book comes in handy as a friendly reminder – “The Art of Negotiation and Compromise” is wonderful to listen to. Also, “Set A Few Fundamental Rules", was definitely one of my personal favourites. This audiobook has a very good flow from chapter to chapter, making it a pleasure to listen to. The narration is also great – very clear and soothing. 10/10.
