Being Henry is a wonderful memoir. It made me smile, laugh, cry, and at times feel so angry - especially at his parents. This is a beautiful book written by a person that you have reinforced is as kind and lovely as he appears on our screens. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I love Fred and his clan. The narrator, Kirby Heyborne, does a wonderful job bringing these characters to life (pun most definitely intended)! I look forward to the next instalment and can only wonder what trouble Fred will inadvertently get himself in.

A masterful performance!

I love Terry Pratchett books. Some times audio books aren’t great because of the narrator. This is not one of those times. Mathew Baynton does a ridiculously entertaining job narrating The Truth. His performance is brilliant - especially his suitably disgusting Foul Ol’ Ron, and his voice for Otto the vampire is absolutely spot on. I sincerely hope that Mathew narrates more Discworld books in the future! An added bonus is the sublime Bill Nighy reading the footnotes, and Peter Serafinowicz as Death is perfect.

This is a highly amusing and very informative book. There is an added extra in the brilliantly funny bonus chapter at the end of the audio book. I love listening to Greg Jenner read his books, host his marvellous podcast, and am just an all-round fan! A brilliant way to get kids interested in hisar.

I love this series. I only have one thing to say about this book - it is too short! I won’t give away any of the plot, but Harry is up to his neck in trouble - again. Or still. Whatever. James Marsters is brilliant as usual, bringing each character to life, instilling such emotion at times it could make you weep.
Please, Jim Butcher, don’t make us wait too long for the next book!

I got this audiobook as a free listen and thought it didn’t really matter if I didn’t enjoy it. I hadn’t paid for it, after all. I hadn’t even reached the end of the second chapter and I was hooked. I won’t give the plot away, but I will say that I really enjoyed this audiobook. There were a few surprises, and a few plot turns that were quite disturbing. I would happily listen to another book by Lee Bacon, and just as happily pay for the privilege!
