Skip! Do not waste money or a credit on this piece of trash.
Revisado: 12-29-24
This is perhaps, one of the absolute most ridiculous books I have ever read! The author should be ashamed to have even published this book. The supposed secret agent, is an immature, selfish, ridiculous, child. The whole book is about her personal vendetta, yet she’s supposed to be a highly trained and competent secret agent. Find another book, you will absolutely hate this!

Enjoy the book until the lecture at the very end.
Revisado: 07-17-23
The beginning of the book was slow and quite boring. The middle of the book picked up and was in fact quite interesting. I really enjoyed the book until the very end, a lecture on, “taking responsibility “for actions of people in the past. This irritates me. This woke philosophy is annoying. In my opinion, it just ruined the book.

The narrator was either murdering the book, or trying to put people in a catatonic state
Revisado: 11-20-21
I would not recommend the narrator, or the book to anyone! Save your credit, buy some thing else! This was a terrible book! The narrator read horribly in a kindergarten like manner. The narrator was either intentionally attempting to murder the book, or trying to make sure everybody ended up in a catatonic state by the end. I fell asleep, woke up, so irritated, and turned it off. This book was truly terrible! The storyline wasn’t any better. It was stupid, ridiculous, slow, and definitely not what I would’ve expected from this author. This is one of the worst books I have ever attempted to read.

Horrible: written from a child perspective/child narrative
Revisado: 10-23-21
I would not recommend this book to anyone. This book was written from a child’s perspective, and was the form of a child narrative. I absolutely hate child narrative books. This book perhaps would be appropriate for a junior high student maybe, definitely not for an adult. I found the narrator‘s childlike voice to be incredibly annoying and I couldn’t even read the book and it’s entirety. I will definitely be returning this book immediately! Do not waste your quiet credit on this book. I believe the story would have been remarkable if it would’ve been written as a story, not childish narrative.

Stupid story, bad details, horrid narration
Revisado: 06-01-21
I would not recommend the story to anyone! First of all the narrator was awful! She was using a Massachusetts/New England/Boston/New York accent for people in Washington DC. This is ridiculous and not how we talk at all. Additionally, the author place the opening setting at an abandoned factory in Southwest DC. I think one who knows anything about Washington DC knows that we don’t have a Bandan factories in Washington DC. We don’t have factories in Washington DC. The protagonist, Kate, sets up a horse farm to assist children with disabilities to make up for her serial killer brother. This is insulting, demeaning, and absolutely condescending to people with disabilities. Oh, I have a serial killer brother who murdered women, so I’m going to set up a horse farm for people with disabilities to give back to society. Helping people with disabilities definitely makes up for my serial killer brothers actions. This is ridiculous and stupid! I can’t even use the word stupid enough times to describe this horrid book.

Ridiculous, stupid, the main character was an absolute embarrassment
Revisado: 05-03-21
The main character was windy, indecisive, and just write up too focused on the past. The pass really didn’t seem that traumatic for her either. The narrator used a little girl voice when voicing the main character which only added to the ridiculousness of this book. I do not recommend this book! Waste of a credit!

This book is writtenAt a third-grade level. I couldn’t actually read the middle of the book because it was written so poorly. Do not waste your credit on this book! I am returning this book, and another book by the same author for the same reasons. I would describe this book like icing on a cupcake. No value, completely worthless, sugary sweets with no substance.
