I would have given this a 5 if not for the constant religious rhetoric

Julia Cameron is singularly spectacular
Revisado: 08-04-22
Creatibity awakened. Thank you Julia! Thank you also Eliza Foss. I work in the theatre sector and in my classes always share morning pages as both a reflective and generative tool in addition to the utility herein discussed. Thank you for this labour of love, for being open to the promptings of the spirit.
God bless.

Brilliant

Loved every second. Questlove breaks down creativity into an undaunting and yet still magical process. So well-written and generously performed.

Historia
In Indistractable, Eyal reveals the hidden psychology driving us to distraction. He describes why solving the problem is not as simple as swearing off our devices: Abstinence is impractical and often makes us want more. Eyal lays bare the secret of finally doing what you say you will do with a four-step, research-backed model. Indistractable reveals the key to getting the best out of technology, without letting it get the best of us.

Great book - but very specific focus.

One just needs to listen within their context. Pinch of salt here and there.

Historia
Ralph Elllison's Invisible Man is a monumental novel, one that can well be called an epic of modern American Negro life. It is a strange story, in which many extraordinary things happen, some of them shocking and brutal, some of them pitiful and touching—yet always with elements of comedy and irony and burlesque that appear in unexpected places. It is a book that has a great deal to say and which is destined to have a great deal said about it.

Ugh... Ellison, Morton, Perfection!
Revisado: 10-13-19
I haven't been listening to audio books for long, but I'm definitely repeating this! Joe Morton is in your world telling YOU a story. I almost feel like we passed a golden age of writing when writers like Ellison were crafting tales. Pure Mastery, all round!
