Historia
A tempestuous acquaintance and disastrous marriage proposal makes it unlikely Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet will ever reconcile. Despairing of their own reunion, they attend with great energy to salvaging that of Darcy’s friend Mr. Bingley and Elizabeth’s sister Jane. People are rarely so easily maneuvered in and out of love, however, they follow a series of misunderstandings, both willful and unwitting, that complicates all four star-crossed lovers’ alliances more than ever before.

Laugh out loud funny
Revisado: 01-09-24
I loved this story when I read it as a work in progress, and I love it even more with narration. This has the singular best line in all Jaffdom... "Fitzwilliam Darcy, if I knew you could do that, I would have said yes the first time!" This is one of my all‐time favorites

A Unique Perspective
Revisado: 11-18-23
This book is thoroughly enjoyable story, with Jane Bennet finally showing the ability to discern the true facts of the world about her. Actually, this discernment seems to have been contagious and Mr Bingley also succumbed. I shall not leave spoilers here, but the addition of an impertinent maid and a cooperative valet adds a bit of levity to the tale and the narration by Ms Stevie Zimmerman makes this story a keeper. I will be listening to this one again, likely sooner than later.
