Who are yo-.. oh... your dead.
Revisado: 12-22-20
The book is all over the place, it quotes the movie Taken with no shame. it introduces to many unimportant characters and jumps between location like a crazed rabbit. interesting idea but most of the book is just discription of gory details.

Extremely hard to read aloud.
Revisado: 12-15-19
The narrator do struggle and does not succeed. Overall Lovecraft works are extremely hard to read aloud with its long sentences that almost never ends. The narrator tried to solve this trying interesting molodies at the same time he tries to do the sentences in one breath. The melodies are quite smart but it seems he does not have much experience with it because you here them almost copy pasted through the book. Maybe Martin Luther King could have given Lovecrafts work the reading the deserv. Nice try narrators, but it is a nightmare to read.

Historia
A middle-aged man returns to his childhood home to attend a funeral. He is drawn to the farm at the end of the road, where, when he was seven, he encountered a most remarkable girl, Lettie Hempstock. Forty years earlier, a man committed suicide in a stolen car at this farm at the end of the road. Like a fuse on a firework, his death lit a touchpaper and resonated in unimaginable ways. The darkness was unleashed, something scary and thoroughly incomprehensible to a little boy. And Lettie - magical, comforting, wise beyond her years - promised to protect him, no matter what.

The perfect book for me.
Revisado: 11-21-18
Neil Gaiman reads his books in such a great way! And I also love how he leaves a great deal of things to contemplate on. It is not always awnsers to everything which leaves a great deal to my own imagination. For me, this was a perfect book.
