Historia
In Race Against Time, Mitchell takes listeners on the twisting, pulse-racing road that led to the reopening of four of the most infamous killings from the days of the Civil Rights Movement, decades after the fact. His work played a central role in bringing killers to justice for the assassination of Medgar Evers, the firebombing of Vernon Dahmer, the 16th Street Church bombing in Birmingham, and the Mississippi Burning case. Mitchell reveals how he unearthed secret documents and found long-lost suspects and witnesses, building up evidence strong enough to take on the Klan.

The narration is outstanding. This is a very informative book about some dark times in our history. The book also delivers a great message about resilience, hope, and justice.

Historia
The Rifle is the inspirational story of a 28-year-old US Marine, Andrew Biggio, who returned home from combat in Afghanistan and Iraq, full of questions about the price of war. He found answers from those who survived the costliest war of all - WWII veterans. It began when Biggio bought a 1945 M1 Garand Rifle, the most common rifle used in WWII. When Biggio showed the gun to his neighbor, WWII veteran Corporal Joseph Drago, it unlocked memories Drago had kept unspoken for 50 years.

Historia
In this revelatory biography, Evan Thomas delivers a radical, unique portrait of America’s 37th president, Richard Nixon, a contradictory figure who was both determinedly optimistic and tragically flawed. One of the principal architects of the modern Republican Party and its “silent majority” of disaffected whites and conservative ex-Dixiecrats, Nixon was also deemed a liberal in some quarters for his efforts to desegregate Southern schools, create the Environmental Protection Agency, and end the draft.

The worst narrator ever. I couldn't listen to the entire book. It is a well written book that is unfortunately ruined by the narration.

Hypocrite
Revisado: 10-02-19
In one part of the book he condemns Apple and Android phone makers because they introduce encryption technology which will make the job of the intelligence community more difficult. His conclusion is that those companies are not thinking about what is best for the country.
Later in the book he defends his actions as protecting the FBI and Justice Department. The question he should have asked himself is what is best for the country not how can I protect the FBI.
Contradictions like this make it difficult to believe his version of events.
