Wow I can't believe the immense bad reviews regarding the narrator, I'm picky and can easily zone out and I found that she pulled me in (I do listen on x1.3). The story was good and that twist at the end! I thought I had it figured out but I was pleasantly surprised. I finished this in almost one sitting!

Wow, very moving story

It was okay

This may be one of those audibles best read as it was a little hard to follow the changing of POVs and dates. Once I learned you could read what POV it was in by looking at the chapters it became more enjoyable. This story was okay, I felt it dragged on in some areas and the ending was very, very abrupt.

Wow....just wow!

It took me a few chapters to get into it but I'm so happy I did. The cruelty of girls show no end. This was a mystery thriller that had me on the edge needing to see how things unfolded. I thought I had the mystery solved halfway through and boy was I thrown for a loop.

Originally I couldn't get into the first book but upon multiple suggestions, I tried again. I'm so happy I did! I fell in love with the narrator and the story. Yes, it's a bit long and I did find it best at 1.35 speed but it was still engaging and I just had to learn more about the world Armentrout created.

Originally when I tried this book months ago, it didn't capture my attention at that time after the first chapter. Upon someone's recommendation, I tried again and I'm glad I did. After the first few chapters I was really into it.

This book immediately pulled me in, I really enjoyed the narrator and thought his female voices were just fine. I had my suspicions about the ending but I missed a few of the twists!! Definitely would recommend if you enjoy the thriller mysteries

Only 75% listened but...

I wanted to write something! I started this morning and am having a difficult time putting it away! I really enjoy the narration, but I am also on x1.15.
I'm very invested in this story now that the two POVs have intersected and I HAVE to know if my theories are close! I think the descripting parts some people mention really suit the setting of the story and I did not find it over done at all. Highly recommend!

Couldn't get into it

I stopped after a few chapters and let it sit in my library before trying again. The style of the narration and story is not one I particularly like. The narrator did okay, but he uses the same tone the entire time. I ended up not being able to finish it. The inner monologues soured the mystery aspect for me.
