Historia
The Grand Hotel is a horror novel by esteemed best-selling author Scott Kenemore ( Zombie, Ohio) that takes the reader on a thrilling ride through an interconnected series of stories narrated by the desk clerk and the residents of the hotel itself. And while it is not known whether or not the desk clerk is actually the devil incarnate, it is strange that so many visitors who come for a tour of the hotel have a way of never leaving.

Very interesting take on a mystery plot. I like the humorous, often cynical, dialogue which is delivered perfectly by the reader.

Historia
The victims are all found face-down in the murky waters of the creek that runs through Cherokee Pointe, Tennessee. They are naked, except for the black satin ribbon tied around their necks. And each murdered woman shares a single characteristic... they are all redheads... Socialite Reve Sorrell has come to Cherokee Pointe seeking answers about her family history and her shocking connection to wrong-side-of-the-tracks Jazzy Talbot. With their stunning good looks and shining red hair, the two are mirror images of each other—twins abandoned at birth and raised in very different worlds.

good story but...
Revisado: 08-20-21
I found myself fast forwarding through the sexual exploits after a while. I can see how some are necessary to the plot but the graphic descriptions seemed to repeat themselves too much and became somewhat boring. My suggestion would be...leave some to the reader's imagination. Some could have been eliminated ated entirely as they really didn't add to the story. Otherwise I liked the interwoven drama of the characters.

The story was very good except the details of the sexual exploits were a little too graphic for me. It left nothing to the imagination and could have been toned down greatly.

I have enjoyed all three books of the Winter series. This was a great way to end...all loose ends were tied up. I will be looking for more books by this author. I like the writing style and his way of detailing the plot. I live in West TN and was pleased to find an author from this area.
