Oh my goodness! I love reading Renee Rose but this has got to be one of her BEST! It had a bit of everything in it, and I got a LOT of pleasure listening to HER HOLLYWOOD DADDY!

I am really enjoying reading this powerful interpretation of our country's struggles with the war between the states! It has given a behind scenes perception of life for white and black people during that terrible time in history. Some of it is really hard to understand because of the senseless killings of the black people! I'm really enjoying the wonderful love stories mixed in with the history.

This 8th book in the OUTLANDER series is very entertaining! It was a long story as all the other novels are and I had no difficulty listening to any of it. I especially loved the very happy ending! I also love the tender moments between Jamie and Claire all thru the book, even as they get older they still enjoy an active physical relationship!
