Historia
The Hoarder in You provides practical advice for decluttering and organizing, including how to tame the emotional pull of acquiring additional things, make order out of chaos by getting a handle on clutter, and create an organizational system that reduces stress and anxiety. Dr. Zasio also shares some of the most serious cases of hoarding that she’s encountered, and explains how we can learn from these extreme examples - no matter where we are on the hoarding continuum.

Sweet Short Story
Revisado: 05-04-17
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I would recommend this book to anyone who wanted a simple, sweet story. It tells of good people making the best of their tragedies. They are thoughtful and kind to each other.
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
The twist of the ruse (you'll have to read it) is slowly revealed. Quite interesting!
Which character – as performed by Reagan Boggs – was your favorite?
Grace is the character who stands out for me. Reagan Boggs was a good match. She was also able to do the male characters very well. It can be hard for a narrator to do both.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The child's view point was sweet and simple. Well done.
Any additional comments?
This book was hard for me to get caught up in, it was very simply told. It was more of an oral story with little scene setting and description. I couldn't get attached to the characters, they didn't have enough dimension for me. But I loved the plot and the way the people behaved. No cringing because you can see what's coming, they actually acted normally. Sometimes they didn't talk about the problems and then they would. As I said, a sweet and simple romance.
This book was provided to me free of cost in exchange for a read and an honest review.

Fun read!
Revisado: 04-18-17
I enjoyed the visual picture of Now ghostly Helena in a hated pink polyester pant suit trying to change clothes! The people who do and don't believe in ghosts make for a fun mix. The plot is stretched a bit by the heroic, lofty goal of Maurice but the story is well told and the comedic parts make it a fun, light read.

Historia
The hilly terrain next to the old Sprocket house that Meg Langslow and her fiancé, Michael, are refurbishing is the perfect location for an extreme croquet field - even the legs of cows and sheep are convenient extra wickets. Croquet has become all the rage in Caerphilly...until it appears someone in town has taken the rage a bit too literally. While stumbling down a steep bank after her ball, Meg encounters the body of a fresh female corpse with a mallet-sized dent in her head.

I love this family! I'm going to suggest a "milder" version of extreme croquet to my family! So much of this rings true with my family. It's a fun read that you actually figure out as they do! I'll be checking out more of this series!

Interesting Read
Revisado: 01-04-17
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
This was an interesting book. I loved the idea of it, but I was able to see what can happen when something is taken to an extreme. I'm glad I read it, not sure if it's a book I would want to listen to again. The ending was also very interesting! I could see it coming, but it changed a little as you listened to more of the story.
Would you be willing to try another book from Emily Bleeker? Why or why not?
I would try another book by Emily Bleeker, she is a good writer.

Historia
When Santa Claus is a cop, you better watch out. It’s not looking like a very merry Christmas for San Diego cop Nick Pappas. Suspended from his job, alienated from his family, and persecuted by the press, he’s sorely tempted to turn his gun on himself. Except for his first name, he couldn’t possibly have less in common with jolly old St. Nicholas. But when a local mall decides it needs a secret Santa to help collar some vicious muggers preying on its holiday shoppers, Nick’s persuaded to red-suit up so as to take the naughty punks down and avert a ho-ho homicide.

A Great Christmas Story
Revisado: 01-04-17
What made the experience of listening to St. Nick the most enjoyable?
The way that Nick gradually turned his attitude around! It wasn't an overnight change. His past was brought in by his old co-workers and you got to make new friends with him. It was very down to earth and heartwarming. There's not a lot of excitement and mystery, but it's a re-coming of age.
What was one of the most memorable moments of St. Nick?
There were quite a few. I loved the developing relationships.
Which character – as performed by Patrick Lawlor – was your favorite?
Nick Pappas, he was a good character and Patrick Lawlor really brought him to life.
Any additional comments?
I will listen to this book every Christmas. It is a little corny, but I like well done corny.

If you could sum up Elantris in three words, what would they be?
Imaginative, gripping and inspiring!
What was one of the most memorable moments of Elantris?
The time when the prince was thrown into the city was so well done! It took a little while to figure out what was happening and I wanted to find out more!
What about Jack Garrett’s performance did you like?
He was part of the story, so much so that he blended in and was another layer in the story.
