Historia
For Twilight fans and beyond: the ultimate guide to love and sex, vampire-style. Women daring and lucky enough to discover romance with a vampire claim to enjoy the most intense love and sex of their lives. But how do you find a vampire of your very own? And just how do you get him interested in ravishing you within an inch of your life? Will the ecstasy of the coupling be worth the inherent risks of vampire love—the risks of drinking your blood, the risks of secrecy, and the risks of betrayal?

Don’t recommend
Revisado: 11-14-21
There’s no sorry. It’s just one giant explanation being told by an omniscient narrator. It’s fiction, but it’s not my taste.

Historia
“I thought I knew who I was, but I was wrong.” I was lied to. I was cheated. Resigned to pick up the scraps of empty memories and disarrayed thoughts, I left. After finally cutting the strings of manipulation, I resorted to do what I’ve done since I was a child, something my father drilled into my brain since I could handle my first rifle. Run. I’m a mere shadow of the girl they all knew. Lies and deceit change you. They alter your entire outlook on life. I’m Madison Montgomery, and I want to play a game. Here’s what happens when I win.

I really wanted to love it.
Revisado: 11-02-21
I read the first book and got no answers. I tried to push through and read this one, but the MC is unbearably stupid. I just cannot understand how she makes every single terrible decision and follows these boys with no hesitations. All they have to do is brush up against her and she’s falling to her knees and ignoring EVERY RED FLAG. They physically and verbally abuse her and she follows them around blindly and allows it. She has a book that holds all the answers and has had its since the beginning of the series, but she hasn’t finished it?! Like what are you doing and why not just deck one of those boys in the face and tell them to leave her out of their mess?! Also I hate that the author mentions the song and artist every time there’s music playing. It lessens the impact of the story when she rambled on about nonsense and doesn’t add anything to the plot. Leaving Tilly behind at the end of the last book and asking no questions about her when she gets back doesn’t sit right with me.

Historia
Madison Montgomery comes from money and power, but when someone close to her commits the ultimate crime, Madison must live with her tainted name for the rest of her life. When she begins Riverside Preparatory Academy, the private school her father has swept her into in The Hamptons, she hopes for a fresh start. What she wasn't hoping for was the pack of bad boys who run the school - 10, to be exact. When Madison gains the attention of their leader, Bishop Vincent Hayes, a whole new world that she didn't think existed is exposed to her.

The MC is an idiot. I’m disappointed.
Revisado: 11-02-21
I pushed through to finish the book even after I was disgusted by the “love interest” and the way he treated her. Even after showing “cares” a little he’s still lies, keeps secrets, and belittles her. The MC was warned by EVERYONE to stay away from that group of boys (they warned her themselves). She’s does whatever she’s told and doesn’t bother to fight back despite all the red flags starting from the very first chapter of the books. The assaulted her multiple times and mid kidnapping she’s turned on. She continues to fall for a jerk that physically and verbally abused her and the story ends with no explanation so to the book can’t stand alone without continuing the series.
