On moral grounds?
Revisado: 01-15-13
If you could sum up The Buzzard Table in three words, what would they be?
connection between classic crime story and moral questions about Guantanamo
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Buzzard Table?
The culprit actually believes that CSI TV stories ans courtroom shows on TV reflect actual police procedure, caustic but true to life
Have you listened to any of C. J. Critt’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
all Deborah Knott novels, I think she is just fine
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
No, but I didn't dawdle either, but that was what I wanted
Any additional comments?
But I like about all Deborah Knott novels ist the generally positive outlook, the books are really refreshing without being superficial

narrator brings characters to life
Revisado: 01-16-12
What did you love best about When Last I Died?
the narrator, she is really wasted on the thin story line
How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?
too convoluted, too many twists in the plot that strain one's credulity, a bit more straightforward action would have been better
Have you listened to any of Patience Tomlinson’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
no
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
no
Any additional comments?
The heroine, Mrs Bradley, is depicted as a very clever woman. Then why does she make the most awful mistakes? Apart from that, it's a nice enough book, but not one I should like to read twice.
