This is the 1956 version of New Testament Christianity by author JB Phillips. In this book Phillips examines the life of the Young Church (book of Acts) and the New Testament writers. He challenges the listeners to adopt the blazing certainty of the unconquerable fellowship displayed in the early Church. If the individual followers of today's modern Church would emulate their radical faith, hope, love, and peace our world would truly be fragrant with the "aroma of Christ".

I believe J.B. Phillips had the mind of Christ in regard to the New Testament Church…what it lacks, and even more importantly, what it needs, to become the Church that reaches the world with the Love of God and the Truth that is in Christ Jesus.
This year, 2023, marks for me 50 years in a personal relationship with the Lord and the beginning of a life of ministry with Him. I’ve heard myself so many of these same things through the years, as I have seen “up close and personal“ what is lacking in what we call the church. If you have a heart for God, and for the advancement of His Kingdom, I highly recommend this powerful little book to you!
