I liked the book. Here are some notes:

When we were children, we used to think that when we were grown-up we would no longer be vulnerable. But to grow up is to accept vulnerability... To be alive is to be vulnerable.

To love is to be vulnerable
Courage requires vulnerability

Even though, it's pretty succinct book
I liked it.

They are the wisest as they gave all they had!

I think that sort of materials is hard to listen to.
However, the author tried to simplify it.
I also liked some sounds that helped to understand if a list was being read.
I believe it is better to use a paper book.

It's an excellent brief book.

The main idea of the book:
Pick 1-2 wildly essential goals, and focus on them. Don't work on several things simultaneously.

Ideas
1) There're 20 % efforts, levers if you will in any process. We should define that sort of shots that produce 80% results
2) Visual displaying data about the score you gained is essential.
This scoreboard must be as simple as a soccer scoreboard.
3) Visibility drives accountability
4) Results drive engagement
5) A manager should create a weekly meeting when every responsible person reports about the current progress. Everyone should choose only 1-2 most important things they can do to move forward the score.
6) Weekly commitments (2-3) must represent a specific deliverable, and it must influence the lead measures.
7) Profoundly impacted engagement has the following qualities: - the more specific the commitment, the higher accountability (when what, and what is the outcome (deliverable)) - it's aligned to moving the scoreboard.

A friend of mine recommended the book. He's read it three times.
Even though the book might seem to be another motivational story, it's not — a lot of examples of fantastic achievements by regular people that became great because of extra efforts.

To put it in a nutshell:
EDGY means the following:
E = Extreme (as in extreme behavior)
D = Disciplined (as in disciplined activity)
G = Giving (hopefully self-explanatory)
Y = Y(h)human strategy (as in You need to know how to interact with people authentically)

In addition, I like that the author continually refers to love, humility, self-sacrificing, etc.

I recommend reading this book. It's a pretty good one.

I've read / listened to this book 3-4 times. Every time I learn something new. Once you read it, you should think about it but in more detail. Once you understand it, you will be able to implement it.
I successfully completed my Ph.d. using these habits. Thank you, Stephen. R.I.P.

In my opinion, the athour replaced "habit" with "brain washing". However, I agree with the attitude he proposed to overcome it.
Thanks for the book.

Some of them were average.
An advertising of Kindle was disappointing.
Overall it's worth listening.

Organizations with matrix organizational structure are better than those with hierarchical one.
Creativity requires mistakes and failures. A lot of insights.
I liked the moment when the author mentioned the last phone call from Steve Jobs prior to the Steve's death.
