what an amazing story

I've always liked Trevor, not enough to follow on social media but I always enjoyed his videos whenever they would pop up on my social media. I had no idea of the life he lived. At first I thought the whole book was just about his mother but as I kept listening I understood why, she's an amazing woman who raised an amazing son. Thank you for exposing the truth about this so called church. What's done in the dark will always come to light and I pray that someone on the inside, close to DM turns on him and the organization and that the powers that be will finally stop being pussys and just raid and arrest DM. You're such a badass! You were built for this and I'm so happy that you have the support system that you do. I just want to hug you and say "who's ass do I need to kick for you?" Keep doing what you do and being that "annoying" voice for those who just don't think they have the courage. I'm so glad I chose the audible and that you were the narrator. I don't think I would have captured all the realness and rawness. hugs

no compassion

I have zero compassion or empathy for sex offenders and have no desire to humanize them. Marcos may have only tried to meet up with the teenagers but the intention of having sex with a minor was there. Who knows how many more teenage girls he would have manipulated and lured into having sex. As a veteran myself I'm disappointed and think he's a disgrace to the uniform.

As for the kids that have been labeled sex offenders for experimenting, we'll that's a different story. They should never have been labeled sex offenders.

Great reminder

What did you love best about Jump?

It reminded me of the things I always taught my daughter, I would always say, anything you go through is temporary it's an opportunity to grow.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked how he acknowledged the people that had a part in his success and how he was open to the changes suggested to him. Keeping an open mind is always important if you want to grow and expand.

What insight do you think you’ll apply from Jump?

Everything he said I am always telling myself and my daughter, I just always hesitate to jump. This time around I needed that reminder and I am glad I purchased this book because he reminded me that whether or not I jump, I'll still not know what tomorrow brings.

Any additional comments?

I know I have been given a gift, at first I thought it was one thing and after listening to this book I was able to pin point what that gift is. I know I have been given a gift and I know that I will be held accountable for how I nurture and multiply it. I want to do good by Good and others and share this gift to leave an impact and my legacy.

The whole time I was listening to the book I was nodding my head, he didn't say anything I don't already know, I just have to change the script in my mind and just Jump. I'm going to have the mind set of a kid, no fear, just jump and know that I will be taken care of by my higher power.

I always say, the worse your life story the greater your future will be and the bigger your purpose, because with adversity comes character building and different outlook on life. You are chosen to go through these things because you are supposed to be a testament of resiliency and that miracles do happen. I can't wait to see how my story unfolds.
