Great book

This book has useful advice involving one-page business plans, time/money management, defining your target audience, etc. It also gave great guidance on more nuanced topics like culture and mindset. As an entrepreneur myself and someone who works with different medical groups I thought it was both practical and motivating.

Loved this book. I read a lot of business books and this one just seems different. You can tell that the author understands what entrepreneurs really face and its not just theory. The emphasis on business AND personal life success was amazing. And then I loved how it teaches very different keys like mindset, automation, and rhythm to grow your business. I'll read this book more than once.
