Historia
In this audiobook, psychotherapist David Richo explores how we replay the past in our present-day relationships - and how we can free ourselves from this destructive pattern. We all have a tendency to transfer potent feelings, needs, expectations, and beliefs from childhood or from former relationships onto the people in our daily lives, whether they are our intimate partners, friends, or acquaintances.

Thank you for sharing so rawly and fully about yours and others struggles. I am a counselor I try to learn and grow and also share what I learn to all those that I counsel with I'm so grateful for these things that I've learned because they fall right in line with some of the things that I have learned from neuropsychologist through the years like the book words can change your brain and and the Neurology of We. It's exciting to hear so many brain science ideas and tools that can help so many we just take a little time to make a little tweak here and there. I'm grateful for the life God has given me and every time he share something with me that I get to share with someone else to help them to get better and they are life what a beautiful life it is!

Very Good!

Great for keeping attention! Practical ideas and toops were given! Great start to building confidence especially for someone who doesn't have the tools but even for a person like me who teaches these things there were a few ideas I got from it and would recommend to clients.
