Took a star off for narration
Revisado: 05-09-17
This book would have been a five star review if the narrator hadn't used such a bad accent for the hero. I'm a born Bostonian and that is not a Boston accent. Not sure what it is other than distracting.

Historia
With more than 25 million copies of her books in print, Amanda Quick is one of today’s most popular authors of Regency-era romances. Her 23 New York Times best-selling novels are delightful combinations of fascinating characters, clever conversations, and fleet-footed suspense. Emma Greyson is grateful for her position as lady’s companion.

Bad audio editing
Revisado: 04-09-15
Would you consider the audio edition of I Thee Wed to be better than the print version?
No. There is too much background noise. It's not the narrator because the sounds are there in the background while she is talking. It's like the man coughing through Mistress. It's like they thought since these were older they wouldn't take the same care editing as the newer ones.

Not a bad story but bad recording
Revisado: 03-31-15
Would you consider the audio edition of Affair to be better than the print version?
No. And it's sad because it could have been.
Any additional comments?
This was a classic Amanda Quick novel. And i wanted to love the audio. The narrator was good, the story was good, and if they had given the guy coughing in the background for a good portion of the book at random times a cough drop it would have been a five star read for me.
