Historia
As an experienced psychotherapist, I have seen many relationships strengthened with a hands-on approach to slow down the emotional rollercoaster kids and caregivers can get stuck on. From courses in ethics to family systems theory, I teach future clinicians how to put theory into practice in a meaningful way. I have seen that it is possible to use tools like mindfulness in the therapeutic process and that we model healthy behavior for our kids when we do.

Excellent Resource
Revisado: 10-18-22
Review from my wife who bought the book: “This book is an essential resource for parents as well as for anyone who wants to become a better version of themselves and learn how to manage their emotions, especially anger. I really appreciated that this book is not too long and not too short either—I loved that the author included valuable examples that help you understand the concepts. As a mental health professional myself, I highly recommend this book.”
