Automotive retail is changing slowly, and one of the main reasons for that are the franchise laws. I want to urge you to operate as though franchise laws don’t exist to protect you. At the end of the day, awesome customer service, whether in sales, service, or parts, will keep your customers coming back for more. It is ultimately your choice whether to accept change. Consumers will continue to purchase cars. The only question is: Will they will be buying from you?

This book is packed with excellent information.
As a General Manager of a high volume import store, some of this information is validation…. While some of it is invaluable insight and would’ve taken me hours of phone calls or lengthy training sessions to gain the same knowledge. My favorite part of Max’s writing style is, he gets right to the point. There’s not a lot of long drawn out explanations. He makes his point, like it or not and moves on. He also provides vendors to help with customer transparency and software companies for a better customer experience! Awesome book!!!!
There’s so much useful information in this book, I’ll likely have to listen to it 4 or 5 times to get the full benefit.
