I enjoyed this latest Ghost Ops Book. I have never listened to Avery Caris and Aaron Shelbock before and I thought they did a fantastic job of narrating the parts of Rory and Chance. They really brought the characters to life. I read the book previously and below is my review.

I really enjoyed this next book in the Ghost Ops series. Chance and Rory were wonderful. When reading the first book and learning about them I couldn't wait to dive into their story. Just by the banter between them in the first book you get the sense that when they finally connect sparks would fly. They may have started out more as enemies than lovers, thinking they had nothing in common but as they learned more about each other they realized they had both suffered the loss of someone close. Chance became very protective of Rory early on. I liked how even though the team is not suppose to form ties with others they couldn't help it. I also like getting to learn about Ghost outside of the position he has within the team. You see more of his personal side and how he thinks. That is one book I am really looking forward to. Wonderful read, very entertaining with a great HEA.

The Narrators Brought This Book To Life

The first book in a new group of former HOT men lead by Alex "Ghost" Bishop features Blaze and Emma. The new team consists of 6 men total. Also known as Ghost Ops. The story follows Blaze and his teammates who are working as if they are no longer military. The are in Alabama working on a secret mission. Blaze happens to go into a store during an armed robbery and Emma is one of the people in the store. Blaze disarms the man. Emma has recently returned to her home town to eventually take over her fathers medical practice. Blaze and his teammates have been picked for this assignment because of their ability to not have close ties to family if any at all. Blaze is our fist guy in this team to fall for the woman who captures his heart. This was a wonderful book. Full of all the intrigue, danger, passion and steamy scenes we all have come to expect from Ms Harris and of course a wonderful HEA. I am looking for the next book to come.

I absolutely loved Connor Crais and Samantha Brentmoor as Blaze and Emma. I have heard Connor before and enjoy his voice. Samantha is new to me and I think she did a terrific job. Would really like to hear more book featuring either one of them.

Zaney Finds His Heaven With Eden

I am beginning to really enjoy Gregory Salinas' performances. He brought Zaney to life for me.

What a wonderful story to finish up the Strike Team Two men of HOT. Zane is the last single man standing in his group. He doesn't seem to be bothered by the fact, since he was burned pretty badly shortly after serving his first year. He thought his high school sweetheart and he were on the path to a happily ever after until she broke it off. Now he doesn't think love is for him. Eden is not looking for love right now thinking she is in love with her unattainable boss. The two meet in Vegas and next thing you know they wake up finding out they are married. The story is very entertaining and of course since this is a HOT book you know there is a bit of danger along the way along with steamy chemistry between Zane and Eden. Wonderful HEA.

Loved It!

I truly enjoyed Everly and Gem's story. It was such a great second hand romance. Everly and Gem dated for a while and all of a sudden she said it was not working and Gem was left wondering what happened. Everly had her reasons and was unwilling to explain why at the time. Fast forward a few months later and Gem is finding out Everly is now engaged. Everly has been dealing with threatening notes her mother has been receiving. She works as a lawyer for her mother who is a congresswoman and also has been trying to dictate and run her daughters life. One of the reasons Everly felt she needed to break it off with Gem. Now Everly is in need of Gem's help to find out who is sending the increasingly threatening notes and now it seems going after Everly herself. Gem agrees to help her after he realizes Everly may be in danger. He also sees it as an opportunity to win Everly over again. This is a great book filled with suspense, danger, intrigue and a strong connection between Everly and Gem. I loved how his team is willing to jump in and help even when they could be spending their down time relaxing until their next assignment. Once again Ms Harris has written a wonderful book. Great HEA. Can not wait for the next book.

I really enjoyed listening to the audible of Hot Limit. Gregory Salinas is starting has done a wonderful job. I have listened to a few of his works and I enjoy his work. Below is my review of this book.

I truly enjoyed Ryder and Alaina's story. From the beginning these two form a great connection. Doesn't hurt that Ryder Jumps in the lake by his house to save her. Alaina is so giving to others even though she has gone through so much in her past. Her son Everett is the cutest. Alaina has no idea who attacked her and Ryder wants to help find out who did. There seem to be a couple of people who it could possibly be. As with all of the men of HOT an the women who love them they close ranks and take care of their own. Alaina is now one of them and Ryder and his team work at trying to find out who attacked Alaina. The women consider her as part of their circle now. Ms Harris did a great job in keeping the reader wondering who the culprit might be and I must say I was quite surprised. The chemistry and passion between Ryder and Alaina was wonderful. I loved the HEA.

Loved Dax And Robbie's Story

I was so thrilled to listen to Zachery Webber lending is voice for Dax It has been a long time since I have heard him narrate a book. I just love his voice.

Wow! I love the concept of a romance writer within a romance novel. Robbie and Dax are so great together. Though this book is about a writer who is getting threatening messages and items sent to her it still has the element of what you would expect in a book based on members of Black's Bandits and what many have come to expect from Ms Harris. There is suspense, drama mystery and a hero you can really fall for. The chemistry between Robbie and Dax is so good. I love how Dax believes in her and protects her. He takes his job seriously, even reading her books to better understand who she is. I also enjoyed how with his support Robbie is able to confront her ex and stand up for herself. And of course we get to see how his team is willing to help him. I was really surprised to find out who was behind the threats and to what lengths and why they did it. Robbie and Dax are one of my top favorite characters in the Bandits series. Can not wait to read more. Wonderful HEA.

One Of My Top Favorite Books By Ms Keeland!

I absolutely loved this latest book by Vi Keeland. Christian Knox and Bella Keating are a great couple. I liked Christian from the very beginning. The way they meet had me laughing. Bella is a smart woman who inherits a football team from a father she never knew about. She has learned to be strong and self reliant after losing her mom when she was still in high school. Christian is the star quarterback of the team and the minute he meets Bella he knows she is the one for him. I like how every time they Christian seems to go up a noch in the way he describes who they are to one another. From a woman he wants to date to they are dating(even though they hadn't yet) to he is her boyfriend to they are getting married. All things that have yet to happen. He is a very persistent man. Bella has a hard time letting people in and trusting them. Yet she feels she can talk to Christian and he listens to her. The chemistry between them is great. One of Ms Keeland's steamiest reads. There is a bit of drama as well in the form of Bella's stepsisters. Tiffany in particular. This book will have you at the edge of your seat from the beginning to the end. All the supporting charters are great as well. In particular Miller, Bella's bff and Christian's twin Jake. Christian's pee wee football coach and Bella's grandfather Marvin was great as well. A wonderful HEA.

Loved this book so much I had to get the audiobook and listen to it!

A Wonderful Story. Jason and Rose Were Wonderful

Wow! This was such a good book. Ms Blakely has done it again. She is able to deliver a cleverly written book filled with banter, humor, passion and flirty innuendo between Brooke and Drew. And of course lets not forget the almost instant connection these to form from the day they meet. That alone was had me wanting to find out what happens next. I also enjoyed how strong their feelings and connection grew as they try to navigate through changes they face. One thing that never waivers is their commitment to finding away to make their relationship work. I also like how they are able to listen and help one another. There is no doubt in the the feelings they have for one another and no doubting how the other one feels. They are truly made for one another. I was a chapter into the book and knew I had to get the audio as well. Jason Clarke and Rose Dioro do an amazing job narrating Drew and Brooke. Wonderful HEA

A Truly Wonderful Read And Wonderful Narration

Noah "Easy" Cross has finally gotten his story. And boy what a great story it is. Easy my be Noah's nickname with his team but he hasn't always had it easy. Growing up in the foster care system and being mistreated by the people who are suppose to take care of you is not a way to grow up. It wasn't just him either. He was very close to one of the girls in the home whom he thinks of as a sister. Noah soon finds out his sister has died and left her daughter Alice in his care. He has no idea what to do. He frequents a diner where Jenna works and asks her if she can help him. At first she ways anything he needs to know he can google or ask the wives of the guys he works with. Jenna has problems of her own after witnessing the death of her boss she has no idea if the guy who did it didn't see her. A week later Jenna has been let go from the diner and agrees to help Noah as a nanny for Alice. Soon the two are becoming close but Jenna is starting to think it is time to leave again when she sees a suspicious car hanging around. In true HOT style Noah and his team agree to help Jenna. The people who are after Jenna believe she has the money her boss has stolen from them and want it back. This is a wonderful story of courage and overcoming bad things that have been dealt to you. The chemistry and passion between Noah and Jenna is explosive. A truly wonderful read with an equally wonderful HEA.

Quick And Fun Story

Jenny and Nick meet when they are working at the mall at a Santa booth during Christmas. Jenny is a fun and happy young woman who doesn't need the money and volunteers her time. Nick is recently released after servicing two years in prison for a crime is brother actually did. The two are instantly attracted to one another. There is a bit of drama when it comes to her overprotective parents and Nick's troubled brother. This was a fun read the a great HEA.

My only issue was with the narration. The reader needs to put more feeling into it and the audio was not great at times.
