The book was bit lite on substance, but touched on some important principals needed to be a outstanding family man. This will become a new tool in my toolbox, and one I will recommend to all my male friends. The most important thing this book does is sheds light on the importance of an aware and attentive father, and is a call to action for father's everywhere to"stand and fight" for your family.

Great look into the life of one of footballs greatest quarterbacks, but this is not just a football story, there are some great life lessons to snatch up as well.

Where does The Compound Effect rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Is among my top five favorites of 2015, and it's on my must-read list for self-improvement books.

What does Darren Hardy bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Yes. His enthusiasm pours from the book. You get the sense he really lives and believes in what he is selling.

What insight do you think you’ll apply from The Compound Effect?

The base premise. Small constant steps taken every day, day after day, year after year, will add up to meeting your goals. It sounds simple, but in a time where instant gratification rules over us, it's a great reminder of what made the "greatest generation" (those who grew up in the Great Depression and served in WWII) the Greatest Generation, and The Compound Effect provides a road map for future generations to become the next Greatest Generation.

Any additional comments?

Worth a listen, but only if you are going to apply the principles in it. If not, save your money (or your credits) and buy something entertaining that will help you forget why you’re stuck in your rut. If you are striving to become better in your life, give The Compound Effect a listen then implement the principles in your life. You will be glad you did.
