This book gave me more info about forest bathing. Now I know how it works and also how to do it indirectly. What better time than this very difficult year to work on self-care in the presence of nature. You can even do it in wooded city parks.
I listened to this book on my morning commute and while doing chores; which gave me the knowledge of Forest Bathing, but I saved the last chapter "meditation among trees" for when I was among the trees. I truly got to reset! Thank you Daria Kratz for this amazing book. I love that the PDF comes with the audiobook too. Add this one to your library. ❤️🌳

I enjoyed this book from start to finish! My favourite chapter is chapter 18, Lucid Dreaming, and chapter 19, Muscle Healing. If you want minimal healing beats to help guide your creativeness or focus your goal, this book needs to be on repeat in your library. Take time to unplug, and free your mind in this 21st century perpetual "fully on" world by relaxing to these beats. Enjoy!
