It’s a pretty good story but I wasn’t a huge fan. I had to read this book for school and figured audible would be quicker. The man reading it did a good job, although if there is a way to get a girl to do the girl parts then that would be nice. Only because the man make Aravis (the girl) sound really strange and i didn’t like it :/

Not a good book AT ALL

The narrator sounds horrible. Like a robot!!! She has no personality and sounds like she doesn’t want to read it!!!! Literally! It sounds like someone took random words and mashed it into a voice. I really think someone else should be reading that book. Now to talk about the book part. It was just weird. I don’t think that the lizard turns pink part was nesasary but that isn’t to big of a deal. I think that the parts about someone running in a locker because they are scared of barf could actually scare some Kidd. Like wut if they barf in class, they might get scared that there all their friends will hide from them. That is not good. They did try to make it like a book to make u not scared but it might end up being a horror book to some kid. 😔

I am 11 years old and had to read this book for school. I decided that listening to it on audible would be quicker since I a slow reader. I honestly wasn’t a fan of the voice that the narrator used. She seemed a bit tired but tried to be happy. Kinda weird ( no offense ). So anyway the story it’s self was pretty good. I have read the other 2 books that come before it ( also for school) and this one is definitely the best one. I haven’t read the other 2 that come after this one but will probably will read them at some point. Ok well I hope this helps! 🙂
