Loved loved loved this book!! Hearing so many successful women's stories and struggles really helped me in my career. I Love how the author didn't hold back on the reality that women face, without making the book a bash session against men. I was sad to reach the end of the book. Five stars!!

The book has a ton of information and technique's. I only made it through chapter three however, because of the painful narrator. He has no sense of punctuation and speaks very monotone. He reminds me of the teacher in Ferris bueller's day off. Bueller...... Bueller...... The book would also be a much better read with the actual book versus the audiobook so you can underline and highlight all of the abbreviations and charts etc. While I'm sure the author is brilliant and definitely knows what he's talking about, the book itself is more along the lines of a college textbook for psychology students instead of the basic population selfhelp book. I recommend reading Norman Vincent Peale books instead.
