In this book, the author taught me a great deal about the aura. Did you know there were different layers? Maybe because of how others talk about the subject, I have never quite paid much attention or understood the concepts as well as I have after listening to this book. The author describes how we exchange energy with others, what can be a drain on our energy force (such as energy vampires and how they affect your energy and aura) is highlighted. Additionally, how any form of toxic energy can turn into an energetic pathogen and affect our health was something I had never heard of before. She provided rituals to aid and protect our aura and, as in the first energy series book, the author ends the book with providing some helpful exercises / meditations to heal ourselves and our auras. I will return to this book and repeat the lessons learned!.

Great introduction, succinct and easy to follow.

The author touches on topics such as why we experience some of the uncomfortable physical, emotional, and/or psychological symptoms we often do and steps to take to heal from them. She also provides some really helpful meditations and other exercises to help us to heal from those states. The information was succinct and easy to pay attention to with my attention drifting off.

This has been the best book I've listened to in a really long time. I was sold immediately after reading the description but I had no idea what I was in store for. I was captivated by the story, but the writing brought it to life.

Psychologist approved

As a psychologist I must say that I have high standards for psychological thrillers and books of that nature, specifically when discussing how the brain works and behaviours related to various disorders. This book was not only accurate but intriguing and wasn't drawn out like many tend to be. I look forward to listening to other books by this author.
