The book guides you through different steps to build up cosnciousness which, in turn, should help in losing weight. I find it interesting since it's helping me to focus in the moment and thus develop a certain amount of awareness which is key to shift to a healthier lifestyle. I think I might use the same advices for other life changes that I'm longing for.
