That is a little outdated it seems and obviously not LGBTQ-friendly, but what a treasure even now in 2021. I am so angry because if I had known half of what was in here before I got into a relationship or during, I wouldn’t have been an asshole who was basically emotionally abusive. Even with intense CPTSD, I wouldn’t have wasted his time and hurt him so hard. I’m sorry. This should be required reading in college or something. Shit.
