I really enjoyed this one! I'm glad King has stopped inserting his politics into his stories. I am always a fan of Will Patton. he's one of my favorite narrators. a couple of these stories brought back memories from previous books, which I love. overall a great book..highly recommend

I have been a Stephen King reader since I was 12 years old. I couldn't get past the politics in this book. also the reader isn't able to capture Holly's character. I guess I'll be looking for a new favorite author. this is a sad day for King fans

This series is the best I've listened to recently. it's full of action and suspense and an old story of war and rebuilding. if you havent read the first book, do that now and come back to this one. there is quite a bit of character development in the first book that needed to see you through to the sequels.
I Love post apocalyptic novels but this one is different, in a great way. I'm hooked and will most likely be spending my remaining credit for the month on the next book in this amazing series

great story with no resolution

I really enjoyed this book. It kept me interested all the way through. to the end...but no resolution. I would have liked to have known how it all ended up. because in my opinion David should have never been convicted. this case is scary in that it could happen to anyone!!

I almost find myself speechless...this book brought me to tears many times. The beauty of these intelligent, caring and family oriented creatures is inspiring. We humans could learn so much from Wolves. AND I find it disgusting that humans feel the need to hunt and kill these animals and many others to the point of extinction, out of greed and fear and simply because they can. There is no sport in hunting with guns in my opinion. If humans do not start living in harmony with nature I truly believe we are doomed as a species. Wolves are pack animals. Just as the dogs we domesticated from wolves. Yet human stupidity and ugliness toward our own dogs breaks my heart daily. Our dogs just like wolves need to be with their pack...US. I am envious of Jim and Jaime and their time spent with the sawtooth pack. What I would give for such an amazing experience! If I could give this book 10 stars, I would. This should be required reading in all schools!!
