Much more than simple principles and platitudes, the book takes readers on an inspiring spiritual journey to find their true and deepest self and reach the ultimate in personal growth and spirituality: the discovery of truth and light. In the first chapter, Tolle introduces listeners to enlightenment and its natural enemy, the mind.

Once I started listening ....I couldn’t stop!
Revisado: 07-27-18
I felt like I stumbled into a classroom with Sebastian Maniscalco as my teacher. He is vulnerable and REAL. Sebastian shares insight into applicable life principles that I could easily relate to.....and OF COURSE, laugh as I learned!!! I loved it!!

Most moving story I have ever heard.
Revisado: 03-15-17
I can't explain why I am so captivated by Chris' story but I have been for years. Something deep inside me relates to him. And I felt as if I lived through his experiences just for a moment through this book. The narrator did a fantastic job and I'm so sad that it's over. I would recommend this to ANYONE. Especially those who have a deep draw to adventure and the outdoors.
