Historia
Stoicism is a practical philosophy that was founded by the ancient Greek philosopher, Zeno, over 2,000 years ago. It teaches that we cannot control external events, but we can control how we respond to them. By cultivating virtues such as wisdom, courage, and justice, we can learn to accept whatever comes our way and find peace and contentment in the present moment. In this audiobook, you will learn the key principles of stoicism and how they can be applied to modern life.

This book unfortunately sounds like a report written in school when the teacher says it has to be at least xx length, but the teacher doesn’t actually read it, she just checks that you followed her rule about length. It just keeps repeating the same few points over and over, using the same words in different sentences. I made it through only 5 chapters and decided to practice stoicism by using my abilty to control my own actions, I turned it off and wrote this review.
It sounded like it was going to be a book too.
