Historia
The incomparable master of the legal thriller takes us deeper into the labyrinth that is the American justice system, always drawing us in with an irresistible hook, pulling the thread of tension tighter and tighter, and then knocking us out with a conclusion that's never "by the book". Maybe that's why, after more than 20 years of consecutive number-one New York Times best sellers, a new novel by America's favorite storyteller is still a major publishing event.

incredibly basic

This is an entry level book on the subject. Felt like it could have been bullet points rather than a book. In a nutshell, be: quiet, supportive, patient, flexible, and fun with your adult children and grandchildren to build relationships.

Historia
For years, rumors of the "Marsh Girl" have haunted Barkley Cove, a quiet town on the North Carolina coast. So in late 1969, when handsome Chase Andrews is found dead, the locals immediately suspect Kya Clark, the so-called Marsh Girl. But Kya is not what they say. Sensitive and intelligent, she has survived for years alone in the marsh that she calls home, finding friends in the gulls and lessons in the sand.

ugh
Revisado: 07-18-22
cliched, poorly written and way too sensationalistic. It would have been a mildly inaccurate 3 star book if there was no murder. The murder ruined everything- unnecessary element. If a reviewer has noted this aspect if the book, I would have skipped it. Consider yourself warned...

Love Rachel’s Role
Revisado: 08-04-18
This was a great book, easily the best in the series, the first book was weird but that’s okay, the second book was fun, the third book was beautiful the fourth one was trash but this one totally made up for it and Rachel was awesome as well as Percy’s final desicion as well as Luke’s (no spoilers) and I loved the final resolution with Percy and AnnaBeth and Nicos role was incredible and this book shows you that Hades isn’t a tyrant but a wonderful husband and father, my mother won’t let me read the rest of the series (The hero of Olympus etc) but this book made me feel better. The only downside was Jesse Bernstein who talks in slow mo so I kept the speed at 2.0

Not so very long ago, Eragon - Shadeslayer, Dragon Rider - was nothing more than a poor farm boy, and his dragon, Saphira, only a blue stone in the forest. Now the fate of an entire civilization rests on their shoulders. months of training and battle have brought victories and hope, but they have also brought heartbreaking loss. And still, the real battle lies ahead: they must confront Galbatorix. When they do, they will have to be strong enough to defeat him. And if they cannot, no one can.

What are you talking about?
Revisado: 07-10-18
THIS BOOK IS AMAZING!
I was so worried about the reviews.
Christopher Paolini is an incredible with some flaws (like everyone else’s) and his books are amazing I loved the Dras Leona segment and Vroengard I loved Umaroth and the whole vault of souls subplot and I really loved Firnen and the ending wasn’t as sad as everyone said the ending was beautiful and shows that in life great men have to give up their desires for the greater good, the duel between Eragon and Galbatorix however was pretty boring.but still powerful.
However Gerard Doyle as much as I love your narration fix the dragon voices, but I’m I am impressed with Firnen
Don’t worry this book is great I hope there will be more!

Historia
It began as a dream, a quest for the Great Ga'Hoole Tree, a mythic place where each night an order of owls rises to perform noble deeds. There Soren, Gylfie, Twilight, and Digger hope to find inspiration to fight the evil that dwells in the owl kingdom.
The journey is long and harrowing. When Soren and his friends finally arrive at the Great Ga'Hoole Tree, they will be tested in ways they never dreamed and face challenges they never imagined.

Great Glaux!
Revisado: 07-28-17
Amazing book even better than the first book, narrator is amazing (I love her Ms. P voice the best) the only complaint I have is that there are other sentient animals that are minuscule to the story (puffins, eagles, and foxes) but then I guess it would be too much like Redwall.
More action than the moonblinking of the first book and more owls on the right side.
