Historia
Six years is a long time, but memories and his harsh teachings are what remain imprinted upon Auska's soul...and, in the end, his compassion - sacrifice - for her, a girl who was nothing more than a burden thrust upon his solitary ways. Sanctuary is safe and secure with its strict policies, offering a life anyone on the outside of its walls would kill to have; the world has only grown crueler and more dangerous through the years. The cure was a farce, and even if it hadn't been, the technology and resources have long since been depleted in the crumbling world of man.

WHAT’S LEFT (BOOK TWO) - Exceptional Read!!
Revisado: 07-17-21
What’s Left (Book 2) by James Fuller is the second novel is this edgy, thrilling duet. This is definitely my favorite book by this author so far, but reading the first book is a must to fully understand the amazing characters of Archer and Auska.
James Fuller paints this post-apocalyptic world as kill or be killed where only the strong survive. In the first book, What Remains, Archer is our reluctant hero. He is as tough and hard as they come and his number one rule is self-preservation, because helping and caring for others will only get you killed. In spite of his rules, though, he becomes a begrudging mentor to the naive Auska, teaches her how to survive then helps her find the community called Sanctuary.
In What’s Left, Auska’s grown up and has adopted all that Archer taught her—to be self-reliant, tough and a loner like he was. But Auska finds out that Sanctuary is not all it appears to be and when they realize she knows their awful secret, she is ‘dealt with’ and must use every skill she has to survive and even more, to affect change.
This is an exceptionally well-written, fast-paced action read that will keep you engaged wondering how Auska will survive the Slavers, Cannibals, the infected and her own people. I strongly recommend this read.
The narrator, TJ Pohlman, was excellent and enhanced the story with his delivery and portrayal of these exceptional characters. Loved it! Well done!

Historia
Ten years has passed since an infectious virus nearly consumed all of mankind. Millions died, millions more became infected, changed, and turned into mindless, feral hunters bent on the consumption of living flesh. Archer was a solitary man, scavenging what he could to survive off the ruins of the world that no longer existed. A world gone mad, where those who still lived were just as great of threat as those who were infected.

WHAT REMAINS - EXCELLENT
Revisado: 05-11-21
What Remains by James Fuller is the first book in a duet. It is a dark and gritty tale of survival in a post-apocalyptic world. It’s been ten years and resources are scarce and those who live in this new world have to be as brutal as those around them. Our protagonist, Archer, is a loner, hard, strong, clever and an experienced fighter who distrusts others and looks out for himself alone. When a young girl named Auska is orphaned, she follows Archer hoping for his help and protection to complete her mission and reach an area called Sanctuary. But Archer’s cold response at first shows how hard he’s become. He finally allows her to travel with him providing she keeps up. He dumps her in a town, but ends up saving her, showing he still has some compassion. He tries to toughen her up and in the process finds himself reluctantly caring for her.
This is such a well-written story with great pacing and plenty of action that keeps the reader on edge and completely engaged. There is constant danger from all sides—infected zombies, cannibals, and brutal factions who would kill in a heartbeat. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it.
The narrator was perfect for this story—very versatile and enhanced the performance. His different voices for the characters were spot on!

Revisado: 03-30-21
The False Prince is an excellent story by the very talented author and storyteller, James Fuller. In addition to his well-drawn characters, he includes favorite fantasy elements of magic, wizards, adventure, forbidden love, a princess who needs saving and an evil prince who is pursuing her.
The production and narration by Nigel Peever is superb! I loved the added sound effects which enhanced the performance immensely.
I highly recommend the book and especially the Audible version!

A fable, dripping with gold and uttered from the lips of a dying man sets four friends off on the adventure of a lifetime. The last remnant of an age lost to myth calls from the very cusp of Hell as the dangers rise with the heat of the tropics and they are plunged into the unfathomable depths of the Amazon where they will struggle for survival in an ancient city born of blood, lust, and betrayal.

LUXURIA - EXCELLENT,
Revisado: 01-15-21
Luxuria by James Fuller is very well written, loaded with tension, unpredictable and erotic. Four friends take a trip to the Amazon looking for adventure. Two of them find a dying man with a warning and a map to ruins and riches. Then they find a guide who takes them deep into the jungle and deserts them in the night. They stumble on the city and more excitement, suspense and danger than they could ever have anticipated. One reviewer stated that it was like Indiana Jones (with a group) meets erotica and I couldn’t have said it better. And just when I thought I knew how it would end, the author threw in some unforeseen twists and turns! An excellent book!
The reader was absolutely the perfect choice and delivered an excellent performance.

EXCELLENT!
Revisado: 12-02-20
Bradley Snedeker is the perfect narrator and author, James Fuller, continues this intense, dark and gritty series with Sofia’s story in Part Two. She and her father, Jamus, only wanted a peaceful life, but that was not to be. Following in her father’s footsteps, she sets out to avenge his death. But vengeance took a toll on her soul and she began to have blackouts. The character development is excellent and the imagery and skilled way the author painted his scenes, and especially the fight scenes, made them come to life. I thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook and highly recommend it.

UNFORGIVABLE is Excellent!
Revisado: 11-28-20
The narrator of this book, Bradley Snedeker, had the perfect deep voice for the characters and especially the hero, Jamus. If you enjoy fast-paced, dark and gritty reads, this is the book for you. It is well-written and kept my interest from the beginning to the end and I will be continuing with the rest of the series as well. James Fuller takes you to a place where a simple farmer, loving husband and father suffers a tragedy beyond endurance and changes from a mild mannered man into a seeker of justice and vengeance for those he lost and for the daughter who was taken from him. I would highly recommend it.
