Suspense, suspense, suspense
Revisado: 06-15-18
I read this book many years ago and have wanted to re-read it, but it was almost too much suspense and shock to go through it again. Now, I have done the next best thing and listened to this audio version and again, I was caught up in the story. Even though I knew the outcome, I was still on the edge of my seat waiting for the next shock. I liked the audio version and there were no negatives for me.

Historia
Meet Ove. He's a curmudgeon - the kind of man who points at people he dislikes as if they were burglars caught outside his bedroom window. He has staunch principles, strict routines, and a short fuse. People call him "the bitter neighbor from hell". But behind the cranky exterior there is a story and a sadness.

Such a great book!
Revisado: 02-25-17
If you could sum up A Man Called Ove in three words, what would they be?
Rules are rules....
Who was the most memorable character of A Man Called Ove and why?
Ove was a wonderful character from boyhood to middle aged. As he went through life, he lived a life of good character with heavy influence from his father, his wife, his neighbors, etc. The influence was always good, never bad.
Any additional comments?
I loved this book and have listened to it several times, along with reading it in print and seeing the movie. It is a wonderful story.

Who doesn't like Dick Van Dyke?
Revisado: 02-25-17
Would you listen to Keep Moving again? Why?
I might listen to this book again because I do like Dick Van Dyke and enjoyed listening to him read his book. I believe he has a selective memory, but who doesn't at times. I hope he is truly as happy as he appears to be.
Any additional comments?
This was a very entertaining book written and read by a very entertaining man. I recommend it for a "feel good" time. Nothing too heavy, just Dick Van Dyke tickled pink over his May-December romance and marriage.

Helen Gurley Brown doesn't disappoint
Revisado: 02-25-17
What did you love best about Enter Helen?
I grew up reading Cosmopolitan and thinking that it would be great to be living in a very small Manhattan apartment living the life of a Cosmo girl. I never did, but it was a dream for many years. This book is more of the magazine.
Any additional comments?
This book gave me more understanding of Helen Gurley Brown and her life. I enjoyed this book.

Historia
Despite constant efforts to declutter your home, do papers still accumulate like snowdrifts and clothes pile up like a tangled mess of noodles?Japanese cleaning consultant Marie Kondo takes tidying to a whole new level, promising that if you properly simplify and organize your home once, you'll never have to do it again. Most methods advocate a room-by-room or little-by-little approach, which doom you to pick away at your piles of stuff forever.

Very enlightening
Revisado: 10-10-15
I enjoyed the author's way of telling her story and her client's stories and the common sense that we know, but we never do. I am now chomping at the bit to gather all of my clothing and practice the Japanese art of decluttering and organizing. I will be happy to send off my clothes to places where others can enjoy them. I have far too many "things" that are weighing me down. I loved this book and the narrator gave it the necessary emotion and a pleasant voice.
