A wonderful guide for anyone wanting or thinking about journaling.
It covers all of the benefits very well. It gives great ideas on how to start, the easy ways to stay with it and an expectation that it will help mentally and physically. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it does not address if there are any possible negative results from journaling,
I.e. I am not reaching my goals or have not met my expectations?
I would highly recommend this book to young people, especially.
I was given a free copy to review this book.
