Before hearing Rich on a radio interview about his book, I never heard of him, but I love “car talk” and decided to get his book. I almost stopped reading it a few times because of the random transitions between topics. I hung in there and after I began to understand rich and his “mashed potato” insides, I really enjoyed the book. He talks about so many topics (cars, humor, cars, people, cars, children, cars, race) and has some valuable insights. If you start this book, don’t give up - hang in there and I bet you will enjoy it.

the reader was quite good, the accents were very well done and helped bring the characters to life

I think that some parts of the story we're a bit drawn out and reflected the authors high opinion of himself
