Very effective - great book!

I am super satisfied with the content in this book - the tips and tricks to deal with a toxic relationship are practical and easy to implement into daily life.
I've watched hours of Youtube videos and podcasts and this book was much more effective than anything else I had listened to. It's super comprehensive and strategic, but also the application techniques are simple.
The book is also very engaging, likely due to the top-quality narration. I'll definitely be recommending this so a few of my friends that can benefit from it as well.

I used this audiobook for about two weeks - listening to it a bit each morning helped me get my spirits up and motivated to start the day! The organization of the book made this super easy because each chapter is a short, yet super powerful message. My favorite parts of the book were the explanation of the importance to be grateful for the things around your environment. This was key to reshaping my attitude and being positive.
Really appreciate this book and I highly recommend it!

Awesome fun with the family!

My wife has been asking that we start gardening in the backyard as a family bonding experience and I had no idea where to start. I've never really had a green thumb, but I certainly had the interest, so I picked up a few audiobooks to get me started.
I must say, this one, in particular, was exceptional - it provided the basics of what I needed to do to start my mini-produce garden and how to maintain everything well. I found myself revisiting various sections of the book when I was unsure because it is a very thorough book and has all the FAQs covered.
We started off slow with some bean sprouts, tomatoes, herbs, and peppers, and it really turned out to be a great bonding exercise for the family, not to mention we actually got to harvest everything and enjoy the fruits of our labor!
Stellar book -I highly recommend!

Extremely effective - helped me get my life back

I'm so pleased with this audiobook purchase. During some dark times in my life, I looked to every resource I could think of - watched countless YouTube videos, listened to hours of podcasts, audiobooks, and even some time in therapy. I must say that this book was an extremely impactful resource to help get me back on my feet and overcome super stressful life events.
Some of my favorite parts of the book were stress coping mechanisms, resources that are available but not obvious, and strategies to think positively and prevent negative thoughts that lead to stress and anxiety.
I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to come back here to do my due diligence. So happy with this book and I absolutely recommend it to anyone dealing with stressful times!

Led the path to my sobriety - loved this audiobook

After realizing I was suffering from alcohol abuse, I turned to every resource I could easily access - YouTube videos, podcasts, audiobooks, and more. Many of them were unmotivating, but this audiobook really stood out and made a huge impact on my path to recovery.
It's a relatively short listen, but it really helps put things in perspective and showed me the way to control my issue and get a handle on my life again. I actually went back to several parts and replayed it days after finishing the book because it was so actionable.
I don't usually leave reviews on things but this book had such a big effect I had to do my due diligence and rave about it to hopefully help someone else out. Buy this book! You won't regret it.

Fabulous Audiobook - Super Motivational!

After running into a rough patch in life, I turned to all resources to get back on my feet. I spoke to family and friends, watched videos, listened to podcasts, and got a few audiobooks. I must say that this was the most impactful resource to motivate me to snap out of my funk and get my life in order.
My favorite chapters taught me to prioritize myself by making time throughout my day for some "me time" - I scheduled a daily workout as well as started eating healthier. The book is also packed with techniques to help boost confidence and self-esteem, which were super useful. I went back and revisited those chapters in particular after finishing the book because they were super helpful to my situation.
I highly recommend this book. It made a huge positive impact on my life and I'm sure it can help many others! Easily 5 stars!!

I bought this, along with a handful of other audiobooks as I was in a rough patch in life. I needed to make some life shifts and become motivated to think positively in my life. Many of the books I bought were not great, but this one in particular really made a huge impact on me and got me back on my feet.
I loved the content in the book and the narration. It was soothing so that you can play in the background but also jam-packed with super valuable motivational insights. I finally got back to a gym routine and got back on a healthy diet for starters, and that was all because of how this book motivated me.
If you have goals you are striving for, as I was, I highly recommend giving this a listen!

Much needed to get a head start on NFTs

I've recently become really into NFTs but had trouble getting up to speed with everything that had been floating online because of the terminology that is consistently used. It's not super simple to understand without first talking the talk of cryptocurrency, which is why I picked up this book.
It was super effective and educational. In just a week I was super literate in the field and can now speak to all the ways crypto is integrated into NFTs. Highly recommend this book for anyone who needs to wrap their head around all the hype of Cryptos!

I had been stuck in a rough patch in my life for months. I knew I needed change as I wasn't feeling like myself and started having issues with loved ones. I picked up several audiobooks, watched countless Youtube videos, and read plenty of books and articles online to try to get motivated and set health goals.
This book was the thing that did it for me - I was finally motivated to become the best 'me' I could be. I started setting small rules and goals of eating health - sure, I took longer than most might, but after a few weeks my diet was completely transformed. At the same time I built in some workout schedule, not overworking, but at least some exercise each day. And most importantly was making sure I got enough rest for my body to be capable of meeting goals each day.
This audiobook was such a life game-changer for me. I absolutely recommend this if you are looking to make a positive change in your life and finally start being healthy!

I had been intimidated to start making goals and transform my unhealthy lifestyle into a motivated healthy one. I had listened to tons of podcasts, audiobooks, youtube videos, and read countless books and articles to try to help me get back on my feet and finally make the life change I so much needed.
I was lucky enough to have made the decision of getting this audiobook which helped motivate me to set a meal plan and start a scheduled workout routine. I started slow, with some small changes in eating habits and short and easy home workout routines a day, then over time I amped up and am so happy I finally got into shape and am living a healthy lifestyle.
I absolutely recommend this book if you are looking to get a healthy lifestyle change like I was. It is super effective! Easily 5 stars!!!!
