I am sorry to tell you all, that you cannot learn to be an alpha male. You can become a stronger more confident person by conquering some of your fears, but you can never truly become an alpha by learning or studying I'm sorry to say.
Just try to be comfortable with that, and you will be happier once you come to terms with it.
