I think I would’ve liked the story more if it was in someone other than Chaos or Anathema’s POV. They were both whiny and annoying, although, since Anathema was a demon I guess you’d expect it from him. The fight scenes were over in what felt like seconds. I liked the narrator but I couldn’t get over the constant loud page turning, hitting the mic several times and other noises I couldn’t figure out. I would like to read the other books in the series to see if they might be better.

I am a huge Epic Fantasy fan and this book did not disappoint. I couldn't stop listening. The narrator was great and I liked that he used different accents to help differentiate between the characters. I definitely recommend it to any Epic Fantasy fan.

Great continuation of the Series. There's more action than in book 2, which I liked. I definitely recommend the series. And the narration was pretty great too.

I'm not sure that I would have read this but it was a good listen. Although, at parts it got a little boring, but was good listen in the end. It kept surprising me. The narration was okay. I'd recommend it story any sci-fi/fantasy fan.

A novella about addiction with magic mixed in. It's a bit of harrowing listen, but a good story, nonetheless.
The narrator helped make the story more interesting.

I liked the previous narrator more, but this one wasn't terrible. The previous one brought more life to the story, and I think I'd probably have liked Complication more if she had been the one who read it.

All that aside, it's still a good story. I like the first book better though, there was more action. But, we see that Mira and the gang make it to Sanctuary, but is it what Mira hoped for?

It's a refreshing take on vampires. Most vampire books end up being the same plot and it gets old and boring, but this book offers a new take on vampires and I loved it.

The narrator was great and made me love the story more.

For the most part, I liked it. The dialogue between Robyn and Wren in the beginning was a little annoying for me. But it got better as the story went on. The narrator was enjoyable and, in my opinion, made the story better and kept me wanting to keep listening.

I really enjoyed it. Everything was great, the story, the performance. There was a couple slip-ups which is why I have the performance 4 stars, but I really enjoyed the performance otherwise.

I really enjoyed the narration. The narrator had a nice voice and was full of emotions. She really helped the story along. I did like listening to the story, but the reason I gave a 3 for it was because I don’t think I would like actually reading the story.
