Great Ending!

This is a great series and had a great ending, many twists and turns and a few surprises that you just don't see coming. I loved it. I couldn't put it down, and my heart was racing through the mess at the end. I was thinking there wouldn't be a HEA and it was tense for a bit..... but the HEA came through, whew! If you haven't read the entire series, go to the beginning and read them all. I re-read the first four books before this one came out, just to make sure I remembered all the characters and issues, I didn't want to miss how they all came together. I've already downloaded the first book in the Vipers Creed series! Very exicted.... and was fun to see how the author brought the new series into the Ravage books at the end. Nice introduction.

The only issue I had was with the male narrator - he kept miss pronouncing Shaina's name and calling her "Shania". The narration was great other than that, both of them.

KA Rocks!

I love all books that Kristen Ashley has written, this one, for me, is by far her best. This book is so fantastic, I'd waste all 3 of my credits on it!

This story focuses on Josie and Jake and their struggles to overcome their pasts and move on together. Josie is left to Jake in her Grandmother's will, and this starts a nice friendship between the two of them and Jake's kids, and later leads into a beautiful family. I laughed and cried out loud several times.

Narrator is just "OK" I read this book on my kindle and have been waiting for the audio version. If you love KA, I would suggest reading the hard copy first so the narrator doesn't ruin it for you or prevent you from finishing. She's not terrible, she's just nowhere near as good as the other 2 ladies who narrate for KA. I am not struggling to listen, and I'm about 1/2 way through. But I saw another review where a credit was being returned due to the narrator. In my opinion, she isn't that bad - but hopefully KA goes back to one of the other two narrators for the next book!

Great Series

I was so excited to see this series on audible! I wish Jamie would find a new narrator, tho. Ms. Heart is all-right as a reader, but I think a male voice would fit this series better. Just OK on audio because of narrator, but even better when I first read them on kindle. Shade's story is the best after following he and Lily through the other books and other series' that tie in to this one.

I also very much appreciate that the covers match the book contents.... Shade covered his torso in tattoos - just like the gentleman on the cover!

Don't understand the bad reviews

I loved this book and love this series. Cynthia Eden does a great mystery. I didn't find the book or the series to be predictable and didn't completely put all the pieces together until the end. I had a few "suspects" and the killer turned out to be one of the three I thought it would be. Overall a very good read, kept me interested and on edge through the entire book. The romance side is also good, with just the right amount of steam.

SL - What Happened?

I have read all of Stephanie Laurens' books, and I am never dissappointed. However, this one was so boring! The story iteself was OK, and I could have gotten over how slow it dragged on if the characters would have actually interacted romatically, more often. The h/h don't actually spark a love interest until the very end of the book! The entire book focus is on the mystery, not the romance. I read SL for the romance, and the "relationship chase" and even the secret "hook ups" - but there just really wasn't any of that in this book. So dissappointed. Narrorator was not bad. He had a good separation of voices for each character, if the book iteself would have been better than I would probably be giving the narrator raving reviews.

Too Bad The Production/Narration Sucks

I read this book on kindle a while back, it's a pretty good love story and I was very excited to see Sable Hunter on audio. I can't even get past the prologue or 1st chapter, the production is absolutely horrible. I can't honestly say the narration is bad because the production itself is such garbage that I couldn't listen to the narrator enough to tell if he is decent. The whole thing sounds like it's in a cave, whomever produced this track should be embarrassed.

Pretty Good!

I was pleasantly surprised with this book, I just took a chance on it as I'd never read this author before. I really liked this book! Good story, good narrator, worth a credit. I was completely shocked to find out who the stalker/killer was! I never even considered this person until the scene where you find out who it is. Hope to see more from this author and narrator on Audible.

Terrible Narrator

What happened to Ashford McNabb? This narrator is horrible, i struggled to listen to the book. I actually stopped listening and completed two other books before coming back to this one. Good story, and this is a great series. The narrator completely ruined the audio version of this book.
