Historia
Your company is turning in regular profits every year, and its market share is only getting bigger. Competitors can't touch you. So why is your stock price so sluggish? The answer is as simple as it is cruel: Investors aren't interested in history, and they already know you're profitable and competitive - that knowledge is baked into your stock price. The hard reality is that a competitive advantage just isn't enough.

Meditation makes you more productive because it lets you earn back time. For each minute you spend meditating, you'll earn around nine minutes back, as Chris Bailey - author of The Productivity Project and Hyperfocus - will show in this candid and counter-intuitive guide to the productivity benefits of meditation.

I've always been skeptical, but....
Revisado: 03-26-21
I love the simple explanation of why meditation is important. Honestly I picked up the book not realizing it was about meditation. If I had realized the topic I probably wouldn't have gotten it. The point in the book that meditation's simplicity is what makes it hard and also what makes it so valuable blew my mind. In short my biggest take away is, you learn to control your mind you learn to control your productivity.
Wish me luck on my new journey into meditation!
