The galaxy is doomed. Monkeys may be clever and too stubborn to give up, but Skippy The Idiot Who Got Played knows the harsh truth: this is a fight he can’t win. The odds are not only stacked against him, he was designed not to win this fight. Maybe he can salvage some faint memory of the civilizations that inhabit the galaxy, but those beings are doomed. Doomed. Including the Merry Band of Pirates.

All Good Things ... Hey! Trust the Awesomeness!
Revisado: 06-08-23
In contrast to what others wrote here, I'm going to say both this book and its end are satisfying. How do you end a series that constantly ups the ante? CA brought it to an end I'm a manner consistent with the MO I've come to expect and appreciate. I am looking forward to something completely new and different now. if you're debating about listening to this one, don't. It's worth it! TTA

Great for fellow first timers and veterans alike!
Revisado: 05-17-23
If you are just starting to listen to Jeff and Brent for the first time as they experience my favorite sci-fi series for the first time, then you're in for a treat. They dive into each episode, looking for all that is good, all that is bad, and all that is ugly while keeping in mind the time it was written in and the limitations B5 had to overcome. They don't understand the context of some things, and that's what makes this podcast so great! You get to experience it with them FOR THE FIRST TIME. Join them as they boldly go where they've never gone before [BUZZZZZZZ!].

Unique and familiar all at once
Revisado: 06-16-22
This story is a well written classic science fiction story while at the same time being something I've never encountered previously. It balances dystopian realism with optimistic forward facing hope in such a refreshing and entertaining way. The narration is superbly well done and I highly recommend this title!

Historia
Six days ago, astronaut Mark Watney became one of the first people to walk on Mars. Now, he's sure he'll be the first person to die there. After a dust storm nearly kills him and forces his crew to evacuate while thinking him dead, Mark finds himself stranded and completely alone with no way to even signal Earth that he's alive - and even if he could get word out, his supplies would be gone long before a rescue could arrive. Chances are, though, he won't have time to starve to death. The damaged machinery, unforgiving environment, or plainold "human error" are much more likely to kill him first.

4th time? 5th time? Doesn't matter really since it won't be my past! I recommend it!
